Where is your store?
We are an online store based out of Pittsburgh, PA. If you are from Pittsburgh or visiting and would like to find a physical store to go to please visit our list of stores in Pittsburgh to see many of the retail stores who sell our merchandise in the Pittsburgh area.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the USA. We will, however, ship to APO/FPO addresses.
How long until I'll receive my order?
We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Processing can take 1-3 business days. Standard shipping can vary depending on your location but is usually 2-9 business days. You can always contact us if you have further questions about your order.
What do I do if I'm having trouble ordering online?

How is payment made?
We use Square, a secure and trusted payment platform. The security and payment fraud protection is handled through them to keep your information safe.
Can I just come pick-up my order?
Unfortunately no. As an online store only we are not able to have customers here. However, check out our list of stores in Pittsburgh to see some of the great retails stores that carry our merchandise.
